How to connect Gmail, Outlook or SMTP inboxes

Every campaign sends from inboxes you connect under Email Accounts. You can connect as many as your plan allows (1 on Free, 3 on Starter, and unlimited on Growth and above), and when a campaign uses several, Swyftreach rotates sending across them.

Option 1: Google / Gmail

1. Open Email Accounts and choose to connect a new account.
2. Choose Google sign-in and give the account a display name.
3. Continue to Google, pick the account and approve access.
4. You're returned to Swyftreach with the account connected, with no passwords or server settings to enter.

Option 2: SMTP / IMAP (Outlook, Zoho and others)

Pick your provider (Microsoft 365 / Outlook, Gmail with an app password, Zoho, Yahoo or iCloud) or Other SMTP / IMAP. Presets fill in the servers, so usually you only enter the address and password. Keep Sync replies (IMAP) switched on: without it, Swyftreach can send from the account but can't see replies, so they won't reach your Master Inbox or stop sequences. Before saving, Swyftreach signs in to both servers and tells you what to fix if a sign-in fails.

• Google Workspace over SMTP: smtp.gmail.com, port 587; IMAP imap.gmail.com, port 993. Use an App Password, which requires 2-Step Verification on the Google account.
• Microsoft 365 / Outlook: smtp.office365.com, port 587; IMAP outlook.office365.com, port 993. Microsoft has been phasing out password-based SMTP sign-in for Exchange Online, so confirm with your admin that SMTP AUTH is available for the mailbox before connecting.
• Zoho Mail: smtp.zoho.com, port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS); IMAP imap.zoho.com, port 993. Accounts hosted in other regions use that region's Zoho domain.

After connecting

• Add a signature to the account, then use {{signature}} in your sequence steps.
• Swyftreach sends at most 50 emails a day from any one inbox, warmup and campaigns combined, so no single inbox is pushed past a safe volume.
• Start warmup (Starter and above) before using a new inbox for cold outreach.
• Only active accounts can be selected as senders when you build a campaign.
