Frequently asked questions
What is Swyftreach?
Swyftreach is a B2B sales outreach platform built around cold email. It brings multi-step email sequences, inbox warmup, a spam score checker, a Master Inbox with AI reply classification, buying intent scoring for your contact lists (Signals and Buying Intent), a CRM with lead scoring and browser calling into one workspace, so a sales team can run outbound without stitching five tools together.
Who is Swyftreach for?
Founders doing their own outbound, SDR and sales teams, and agencies running campaigns for clients. Free and Starter suit a single sender getting started, with Starter adding warmup and AI company research; Growth adds unlimited inboxes and sender rotation for teams scaling volume; Growth Plus adds the CRM and calling for teams that work leads beyond email.
What makes Swyftreach different from other cold email tools?
Most teams pay separately for a sequencer, a warmup service, a deliverability tester, a research tool and a dialer. Swyftreach includes all of them, plus Marielle, a built-in AI assistant that knows the platform inside out. Signals and Buying Intent scores the companies in your lists against your ideal customer and finds live buying signals such as hiring, new leaders and funding, so you know who to contact first and why.
Does Swyftreach include a contact database?
No. Swyftreach is built for running outreach, not sourcing lists. Bring prospects from wherever you already get them (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a data vendor or your CRM), import them as a CSV and map the columns; Swyftreach handles enrichment, sequencing, deliverability and replies from there.
How do I get started with Swyftreach?
Create a free account, connect a sending inbox, import a CSV of prospects, and build your first sequence in the four-step campaign wizard (Basics, Sequence, Senders, Schedule). An onboarding checklist on your dashboard tracks each step, and the Help Center has a guide for every one.
Which email providers can I connect?
Google Workspace and Gmail connect in one click with Google sign-in. Outlook, Zoho and other providers connect over SMTP, with IMAP added so replies reach your Master Inbox. Free includes 1 sending account, Starter 3, and Growth and above unlimited.
What format does my contact list need to be in?
A CSV with an email column. Swyftreach detects common headers automatically, and you can map first name, last name, company, job title, phone, website, LinkedIn URL, industry, location and a personalized opener. Rows without a valid email, duplicate addresses and addresses on the global bounce list are skipped.
Can I try Swyftreach before paying?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes 50 active contacts, unlimited campaigns, the visual sequence builder, open and click tracking, and the Marielle AI assistant. No credit card is needed.
How does inbox warmup work?
Warmup sends a small, steadily increasing number of natural-looking emails from your inbox so mailbox providers see consistent, engaged activity and learn to trust the sender. By default Swyftreach starts an account at 2 warmup emails a day, adds 1 a day and levels off at 40 over a 21-day ramp, inside a daily time window you choose. Warmup is included from the Starter plan.
How many cold emails can I send per day?
With a warmed-up inbox, 30–50 cold emails a day per account is a safe range. Swyftreach applies per-account caps (50 a day and 10 an hour by default) and a minimum gap between sends. To scale beyond that, add more inboxes on Growth or above and let Swyftreach rotate sending across them instead of pushing one inbox harder.
Do I need SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes. Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook.com require authenticated mail from high-volume senders, and unauthenticated cold email is routinely filtered. Publish SPF and DKIM for every sending domain and add a DMARC policy (p=none at minimum). On Growth and above, the Spam Score checker sends a real test email and grades your authentication, blacklist status and content before you launch.
What happens if my emails start bouncing?
Bounce protection watches every campaign around the clock. If 5 emails in a row bounce, Swyftreach pauses the campaign on its own, puts it on a 12-hour safety hold and alerts you by email and in the app, so a bad list can't keep damaging your sender reputation overnight. After the hold you can resume by typing "continue" to confirm. Bounced addresses are also added to a global bounce list and skipped in future sends.
Does Swyftreach handle unsubscribes?
Yes. Campaigns insert an unsubscribe link by default and send a one-click List-Unsubscribe header, and anyone who unsubscribes or bounces is excluded from future sends automatically. You are still responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Can I send from multiple domains and inboxes?
Yes. On Growth and above you can connect unlimited sending accounts across as many domains as you like. Select several senders on a campaign and Swyftreach rotates sends across them automatically, with optional provider matching (Gmail to Gmail, Outlook to Outlook) to protect each domain's reputation.
How does AI personalization work in Swyftreach?
Fill in your Outreach Profile once, describing who you target and what you offer, and the AI Email Writer uses it to draft emails that fit your positioning. Signals and Buying Intent finds which companies in your lists are ready to buy, with a why-now line and an opening angle for each, and the {{personalizedHook}} variable drops a per-contact opener into any step of a sequence.
What is the Master Inbox?
The Master Inbox pulls replies from every connected inbox into one view and uses AI to label each one Positive, Negative, Unsubscribe, Bounced or Auto Reply, so you can work interested replies first and answer them without switching mailboxes. When a prospect replies, their sequence stops automatically.
Can I call prospects from Swyftreach?
Yes, on Growth Plus. You get a free phone number and 150 calling minutes a month, and you dial from a floating in-browser dialer with no extra software. Calls are logged with duration, status and notes.
Who is Marielle?
Marielle is Swyftreach's built-in AI assistant, available on every plan. Ask how to connect an SMTP account, why a campaign isn't sending, or how to structure a follow-up sequence, and she answers with guidance specific to the platform.
How much does Swyftreach cost?
Free is $0 forever. Starter is $29 a month, Growth $59 and Growth Plus $99, and annual billing saves 20%. Enterprise is custom-priced for high-volume teams and agencies that need unlimited contacts, SSO and dedicated infrastructure.
What counts as an active contact?
Every contact in your lists counts toward your plan's limit, except people who have unsubscribed or bounced. If you go over, for example after a downgrade, the extra contacts are kept but paused: campaigns skip them, and they reactivate automatically when you upgrade.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes. Plan changes apply as soon as you confirm them in Plan & Billing. Upgrades are charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period, and when you downgrade, the unused time is credited to your next invoice. To cancel, send a cancellation request from Plan & Billing and the team processes it within 1 to 2 business days.
What is cold email software?
Cold email software is a sales outreach platform that lets you send personalized, automated cold emails at scale. It typically includes email sequencing, inbox warmup, multi-domain sending, reply management and analytics, so B2B sales teams can generate pipeline through outbound email without damaging their sender reputation.
How do I write a B2B cold email that gets replies?
Keep it short (under 100 words), make it about the prospect rather than your product, and open with a relevant trigger such as a funding round, a hiring push or a recent announcement. End with one low-friction question. Swyftreach's Signals and Buying Intent finds those triggers in your contact lists and suggests an angle, so every email reads as researched rather than templated.
What is a good reply rate for B2B cold email?
A reply rate of 5–10% is generally considered strong for B2B cold email, and higher rates are achievable with a tightly defined ICP, personalized first lines and a warmed-up sending domain. Reply rate is a more reliable measure than open rate, which privacy features such as Apple Mail Privacy Protection now inflate.
How many follow-ups should a cold email sequence have?
Three to five follow-ups spaced two to four business days apart works for most B2B sequences. Each follow-up should add something new, such as a different angle, a proof point or a useful resource, rather than simply bumping the thread, and the sequence should stop the moment a prospect replies.
