How to read campaign analytics

Understand sends, opens, clicks, replies and bounces, compare campaigns, export results, and know which metrics to trust.

Swyftreach tracks every campaign from the moment it starts sending. The Campaigns page totals your sends, opens, clicks and replies across the account, and each campaign's report breaks them down further.

Where to find your numbers

  • Campaigns: account-wide totals for emails sent, opens, clicks and replies, plus stats on every campaign. Sort by best open rate or most replies to find your winners.
  • Campaign report: open a campaign and choose View Report for its detailed activity.
  • Analytics: account-wide KPIs, activity over time, an engagement funnel, reply sentiment, a heatmap of when prospects open and reply, a sortable campaign leaderboard and sender health. Pick a campaign at the top to scope every panel to it.
  • Export: download a campaign's results from its menu as an Excel file or a CSV to share or analyse elsewhere. Each file holds up to 5,000 contacts.

What each metric tells you

  • Sent: emails that left your accounts.
  • Open rate: the share of recipients whose email client loaded the tracking image.
  • Click rate: the share who clicked a tracked link.
  • Reply rate: the share who replied. This is the number that matters most.
  • Bounce rate: emails that couldn't be delivered. Keep it low; under 2% is a common benchmark, and anything higher usually means a list-quality problem.
  • Unsubscribes: recipients who opted out.

Treat open rates with caution

Apple Mail Privacy Protection loads images automatically, and some corporate security filters open emails and click links to scan them, so opens and clicks can be inflated. Use them to spot big problems (a campaign with almost no opens probably has a deliverability issue), but judge copy and targeting on replies.
