Frequently asked questions

What counts as an active contact?

An active contact is anyone enrolled in a campaign that is currently running or has run in the last 30 days. Contacts in draft campaigns or those who have been unsubscribed/bounced do not count.

Why does the free plan require a business email?

To maintain high deliverability for all users, free accounts are restricted to business domains. This prevents the platform from being used for spam, which protects sender reputations across the board.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade immediately and be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the month. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my contact limit?

We'll notify you as you approach your limit. Campaigns won't be stopped, but you'll need to upgrade to enroll new contacts.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — choose the Annual toggle on the pricing page to get 20% off (equivalent to 2 months free). Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment.
